1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jibu platform (website, mobile app, or services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Jibu connects customers with local restaurants and delivery riders. We facilitate ordering, payment processing, and delivery logistics. Jibu is a marketplace platform and is not directly responsible for food preparation or quality, though we work closely with our restaurant partners to maintain high standards.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You may not use another person's account without permission.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Payment is due at the time of ordering.

We accept Cash, Mobile Money, and Bank Transfers.

Promotional codes are subject to terms and expiration dates.

Cancellations are accepted within 5 minutes of placing the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Jibu is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.

You must provide a correct and accessible delivery address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, redelivery fees may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jibu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
